As President and Co-Owner of NW Management Group LLC, Brenda provides the strategic leadership and vision that drive the company's continued growth and reputation for excellence. She oversees all aspects of the organization, including operations, financial management, client relations, business development, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring that every client receives responsive, ethical, and results-driven service.

Brenda's career began in 1985, and she has worked in nearly every operational role within the industry—from administrative support and accounting to onsite management, portfolio management, executive leadership, and company ownership. This comprehensive background provides her with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by Boards of Directors and the operational expertise needed to guide communities through complex governance, financial, and maintenance decisions.
