Ivy Barton earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Washington Bothell. While attending the university, she served as Vice President of the Women in Business Club and remains actively involved as an alumna, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of women pursuing careers in business and leadership.

Over the past four years, Ivy has developed extensive management experience within the home improvement and construction retail industry, where she honed her leadership, operational management, team development, and customer service skills. She is excited to bring that experience to community association management and is committed to providing exceptional service and support to the associations, boards of directors, and homeowners we serve.

Outside of the office, Ivy is a competitive figure skater, an active volunteer with the Snohomish Chamber of Commerce, and an enthusiastic reader. She also enjoys playing video games, exploring new interests, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
