Karen is a valued member of the NW Management Group LLC team and brings more than 25 years of bookkeeping, accounting, and office management experience to our organization. As our Accounting Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the community associations we manage, ensuring every association receives accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting.

Karen's expertise includes accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, assessment billing, collections, budget support, audit preparation, reserve funding coordination, and maintaining the financial records of homeowner and condominium associations. Her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy provide our Boards of Directors and homeowners with confidence that their association's finances are being managed with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Karen believes that strong financial management is the foundation of a successful community. She takes pride in delivering responsive service, maintaining organized records, and supporting our management team and volunteer board members with dependable financial information they can rely on to make informed decisions.

Outside of the office, Karen enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, children, and twelve grandchildren. Her warm personality, dedication to customer service, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of the NW Management Group LLC team.
