Administrative Assistant / Assistant Community Manager

Born and raised in Everett, Washington, Maia is passionate about serving communities through collaboration, communication, and exceptional customer service. She joined our team as an Assistant Community Manager, bringing a thoughtful, people-focused approach to every client and homeowner interaction.

Maia earned her master's degree in Counseling and Care from the University of Washington, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that support her role in community management. She is dedicated to helping boards of directors and homeowners navigate challenges while providing responsive, professional service.



Outside of the office, Maia enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and skiing throughout the Pacific Northwest. She is an avid reader, a devoted dog lover, and values quality time with family and friends. Her genuine compassion, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of the NW Management Group team.
